To access many features (for example: enroll in a course or publish content) you must register and create an account. You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
5. User Submitted Content
Content uploaded by instructors, publishers, or other users is user-generated. We do not guarantee its accuracy, and we are not responsible for disputes or damages arising from reliance on that content.
6. Course Enrollment & Licensing
When you enroll in a course you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view the course via JavaBooster Hub. Courses and materials are licensed — not sold — and you may not resell or redistribute content.
7. User Conduct
- You will use the Services lawfully and ethically.
- You will not upload or distribute copyrighted material without permission.
- You will not post abusive, defamatory, pornographic, or otherwise objectionable content.
- You will not share account credentials or use another person's account without permission.
8. User Obligations
Users must follow pricing and payment rules, not reproduce content without permission, and obtain parental consent if under 18. You authorize us to charge payment methods provided for purchases.
9. Instructor & Publisher Obligations
If you publish content on JavaBooster Hub you agree to:
- Grant JavaBooster Hub the right to market, sell, and sublicense your content through the platform.
- Own or have rights to all content you submit and ensure it does not infringe third-party rights.
- Maintain professional standards, respond to learners, and provide accurate information about your credentials.
- Be at least 18 years old or have a guardian consent if younger.

11. Revenue Sharing & Payments
Revenue from paid courses and eBooks is shared between JavaBooster Hub and the instructor/publisher as described below:
- Split: 50% to JavaBooster Hub, 50% to the Instructor/Publisher (subject to deductions).
- Deductions for taxes and payment gateway fees are applied before calculating your share.
- Payments are processed monthly after a 30-day maturity period.
- Domestic instructors may be required to submit tax identification details.
12. Third-Party Advertisements
We may display third-party advertisements. We are not responsible for the content or accuracy of those ads and we do not endorse linked products or services.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, JavaBooster Hub is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. You use the Services at your own risk.
14. Connectivity & Equipment Costs
You are responsible for your internet connectivity, devices, and any costs associated with accessing our Services.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold JavaBooster Hub harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.
16. Relationship
Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between you and JavaBooster Hub.

- Entire Agreement: These Terms and related policies make the complete agreement between us.

- Waiver: Failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of that right.
- Notice: Notices must be in writing and may be sent by email or postal mail.
